> Broken LCD Or something worst?

Well I was at the gym and I lightly put down my 40 pound dumbbells and it so happens to land on my k800i which was on top of my sweater. I didn't drop it, I'm pretty sure it was light, but the screen is bleeding from the bottom and when I turn it on it's just white. I can see some cracks on the Lcd towards the bottom. The only way to turn it off is to take out the battery. It vibrates when I turn it on, but other than that I don't think I can do anything else with it. It just keeps flashing a white light once every few seconds. Do you think it will work if I just replace the LCD screen or is my phone DEAD?..... I don't even hear the SE sound when I turn it on... It's amazing how the glass it self didn't get damaged only the LCD. If you guys need some pics I can post some up. THANKS!

I tried taking some pics, but the screen reflects the light, or it's too dark to see anything... Right now there's no sounds coming from the phone and I'm not sure if replacing the screen will fix it.

That sounds like White Screen of Death. I've not heard of WSOD being caused by a broken screen.
WSOD can be fixed by reflashing but the K800 may not be able to be flashed in it's current state. You'd have to replace the LCD first then flash it but if there is damage to the circuit board or internal components it would all be a waste of time and money.
Probably best to claim on your insurance or take a trip to the service centre.

It seems as if this is the case as he can't hear any sound nor switch the phone off.

Thanks for the response guys. But would it be somehow possible to retrieve my phonebook? I tried connecting it to the USB and it was recognized by my computer as K800i. It installed the drivers but for some reason it wouldn't connect.

Sorry, no.
You can't communicate with a phone suffering WSOD and reflashing will wipe all your info.
