Whenever I use the service, I get a message : 'music recognition service unavailable'. It's been like this for 3 days now.
I'm using R1FA035!
Can someone help me?

did you do some phone modding, like changing the name of the phone for example?
I remember last year, I changed the name of my K810 (the model name, the one wich is displayed in "phone infos"), and track-ID went over, with same kind of error message.
I changed back the name to original stuff, and track ID was then able to work again.

i think you not the only one... im using w960... n i noe 3 other person using SE fones also cant get to trackID...
