This was done on a Mac with OS X. It may or may not work on a PC or on a Mac with OS 9.

Make sure you have Quicktime Pro, the latest version is 6.1

This will give a nice result, decent quality audio and video and good sync. If you change any of these settings, it will probably NOT work. PacketVideo player on the P800 is very picky. The most important setting is the maximum videorate (max 76 kbit/sec) and the keyframe interval (75 frames).

Invaders, can you dowload personal videos as well in this format. meaning if you have a home video, how do you work this?

To covert homemovies: attach your DV-camera to a PC or Mac using the Firewire-cable. Capture the video (for example using iMovie on a Mac or DV Studio on a PC). Launch Quicktime Player and open the DV-file you have captured. Choose 'save as..' from the File-menu. From there on follow the instructions given in my first post.
