i sent my k850 for repair 5 months ago, and whenever i called they would say bear with us we will contact you about it soon. yesterday i called and they said sorry your order was caught in limbo and we'll send a different phone now. they gave me a choice and i chose w980(the rest midend walkmans). but they didn't send a confirmation email like they normally do, does this mean they wont send the phone?
