> Sony Support for HBH-30
Bookmark topic
I purchased an HBH-30 at the end of September to use with my T68i. After a couple of weeks friends complained they heard an echo on the line - even though everything on my end was OK. I tried re-pairing etc but nothing worked.
I waited a few weeks for Cingular to get some additional headsets but eventually gave up waiting and contacted Sony. They asked me to send them the headset and agreed to send out a replacement.
I've now been waiting for 2 months and Sony Ericsson still haven't replaced the headset. Calls to their support 800 number just result in more excuses about not having any headsets and empty promises of 'a batch coming in within 2 weeks'.
Does anyone have any suggestions / contact information for who I might contact?
Thanks in advance
Dave

If it has been a couple of months i would just try to get a refund from them and go buy a new one. You'll probably have to raise hell and get the customer service folks to get a supervisor or manager to talk to you.
There's no way after waiting 2 months would i accept any excuses from them when plenty of shops have the hbh-30 in stock.
