Hello to all. im a new user to this site and i had a few questions about my k810i, a few of my buttons dont work on my phone, the button above the back button doesnt work, the one button and the seven button, i was wondering if theirs something i could do to fix it? maybe its the software? or what could i do/

Can you press the button? Or does it not press at all, if it doesn't press at all then my only guess is dust and crap in which you have to get it clean. If you can press it but it doesn't work, try pressing it hard, not too hard that it breaks, if that doesn't work then reflash it or send it in for repair.

how do i reflash? ive seen a post about it earlier but now i cant find it even after searching.. please help.. i also tried finding out my cust pack or whatever and it says hong kong.. did i buy a fake se?
