I remember there was a number to text for picture messaging and WAP settings is this still available if so what is it?

The send settings to your hanset isn't working from the o2 website and I'm fed up of waiting in a queue at this very moment on the phone to o2

Why ring them up? I've never rang them for something like that, just go to www.o2.co.uk and get them sent from there.

Because it's not working. After putting in your number in it just says unable to send please contact customer service.

It's ok now anyway I eventually got through, made a point about the wait and told him he should wake up as he sounded asleep. 45 minutes isn't on and only partially sending settings.

I do remember there was a number you could send a text to and recieve settings. I would be interested to know if it's still available like that. I have tried googling about it, not much info about it.

Something else I notice is in Sony Ericsson handsets is the "download settings" option where you are meant to be able to download settings has never worked!

Has it actually worked for anyone? I don't know of anyone who has had that working.

I know sometimes with O2 phones in the sim card section that says O2 in the menu it has an option which says GET SETTINGS. If you click on that it works sometimes but not always.
