> How to check mobile internet usage?

I just activated the net on my phone and so I dont overshoot my limit (TOO much atleast :-\), I was wondering how I could check the amount data that has been sent and received. I remember accidently stumbling on it but I dont remember how! lol. I only have a limit of 150kbs which is probably not enough but I wont be using it very often anyway.
Oh yeah, I also wanted to ask u guys in u know of any fun or kool sites to visit through my phone.
