Ok, here goes! I have been at uni for 10 weeks and hardly know this girl in my class. Today i added her on facebook and started iming her to help her with her work and ask her what she was doing friday because i thought she was nice. In the lecture after the facebook chat we got talking amoungst friends and i think i like her. Only problem is im shy and get nervous and dont really know the girl that well. I dont know what to do. I have a lecture with her at 9 2moz and my mates in that class know i fancy her. Any help will do!

Watch her body language that will tell you if she fancies you or not. Read up on Female Body Language on google it helps. But as well as that just make conversation about anything with her and ask her what she likes to do in her spare time and then ask her out. Be yourself be honest and just go for it you have nothing to lose. Whats the worst that can happen.

Gain her friendship as you have done so far, iming, then after maybe a week or two just in passing say if you free for a drink at the weekend join US (use the word us and get a few friends to help break the ice including girls) then it will help you out with confidence for the next date, which will just hopefully be the two of you.
But take my advise on go slow and always make it with a group of friends on first date, trust me it will help alot.

My advice would be to take it slow. After being with someone for 4 years and then splitting up, I was sort of new to it all again. 2months ago I met a girl (she's best friends with my best friends sister) We all went out one night and I just started talking to her, and things progressed from there really. Low and behold 2months later, she's round mine every night and I can't get rid of her lol.
Just be yourself, don't bullshit her and hopefully all will go well. Good luck mate.

oh an if yeh mates start actin up jus be the good one and sit back an ignore them, she'll think ur a better person rather than joining in with them.
And i always find if u have a nice hobby that u can both enjoy thats always a good starting point... me and the fiance both went to the same church and were both in the choir and both like other boring things like museums and walks lol... but see what she likes and if there is somethin u like as well get chattin bout it....
