I recently bought this phone as an upgrade from my old model. I'm very happy with it overall but I have one small problem. I rely on my phone's alarm and I'm a very deep sleeper so I need to use a very loud volume! The volume for the ringtones can be adjusted to a very high level if necessary, and like many other users, I find 8 to be a bit too loud. However, the same ringtone plays at a much lower volume when it's used as an alarm and I can't figure out any way to increase it. I've looked through the users manuals but haven't found anything yet. Can anyone help?

Another option is to set up a profile called 'sleep' and give it a maximum volume setting, then switch between the Normal and Sleep profiles as needed. You can use v ^ shortcuts or Activity menu shortcuts to make profile changes quick and easy.
