Wasn't it already known that there are supermassive black holes in the center of every spiral galaxy? Including our own?

And yes, quite amazing, indeed.

From the new year the government has decided to tax people on how long they spend outside in the evening, as conflicting political propaganda evidence has shown that humans give of heat in the dark, which can cause a super massive black hole to grow..

Damn, I can't find the comic about the two guys sitting on PCs, one telling the story about the gravity in the center of the galaxy and how's everything is pulled towards there and the other one says "Yeah, it's your mom. Zing!" and the first replies "Really?" and on the last panel you see him standing on the rooftop with a telescope at night saying "Keep on pulling, mom. I miss you."

Yeah next we will be taxed more for spending pointless money on space missions to find out how many black holes there are. Or get taxed more cos humans fart everyday and that causes global warming.
