hi all

got a new c902 and im trying to install the drivers onto my pc so i can update via SEUS.

I put the cd in, and connect my phone holding c, normally that would bring up the 'installing new hardware' box or what ever it says. then it searches the cd for drivers to install and installs everything.

while it has worked fine for all my other phones, im having problems here with the c902. it brings up the installing new hardware box, and it installs all the modem drivers etc etc. But it keeps failing on the first thing to install, the flash driver.

Computer says something like drivers have been located but cannot be installed.

So i cant update my phone via SEUS now.

any ideas? is this something worth exchanging the phone for as ive only had it since last friday.

Thanks in advanced

Common driver

Some models have been converted to use Flash Mode Activation, for which only the common USB flash driver is needed.

This driver is installed automatically by Emma.

The driver works for these models
(inclusive, but not limited to)
C702, C902
G502
K630, K660, K850, K858c
R300, R306
T250, T280, T303, T700, TM506
V640
W595, W760, W890, W908c, W910, W980
Z320, Z750, Z770i, Z780

Trully yours,

Emma
