just bought this phone from Rogers in canada. Did a quick check downloaded drivers, XS++ and log is follows

I need step by step instructions and files to unlock my phone and get rid of the crappy rogers softwares on the phone. I have done hours of research but have not been able to find a solution that can walk me through the setup.

Any help is appreciated.
