Hi Guys...

Noob over here.. I did a search and din't find what I needed to...

I have AT&T as my service provider and the AT&T button on the front when pressed goes to the web browser... I hate that because I sometimes accidentaly hit it without knowing...

Is there a way or a firmware that I can use to put it to Sony Ericsson settings?

hi

as your w580 is branded by at&t, you can either change the homepage of your web browser or flash your phone in order to get rid of the at&t branding.

That kind of scares me... Is there any other way or do I have to flash it using all that fancy stuff?

I found out I have CID53... Where can I get the other tools to load main and fs for my type?

I was reading some posts and found that the Sony Updater might have updated my type from CID52 to 53... I wish I knew that before I used their update service. =(
