Hi, i had my 800i plugged into my pc with the usb cable, after transferring files i used the 'safely remove hardware' setting, however since disconnecting my phone from the pc the screen just shows sum random characters (e's f's etc.) and basically does not respond. The only thing i have managed to find is that pressing the 1 or 9 key shows a screen with a little padlock on, so im not sure if i need to input something or if this is another glitch?
If i plug it back into the pc it can no longer find the drivers for it and just looks for 'memory error bulk' so i cant access the files on the phone either! I can still receive calls but there is no way to dial or text or use any of the phones basic functions! Any help would be greatly appreciated
