Hello people. I recently moved from O2 to Vodafone. Now i have transfered to Orange reasons being that all my family are on Orange and their coverage is better where i live. Nothing against Vodafone though i had no problems. Anyway so far Orange is great but for one occasional thing. Sometimes when i connect to internet it comes up on screen DATA LIMIT HAS BEEN REACHED. Can anyone tell me what this is and what it means please? It only happens sometimes i find it odd but as i say everything else is fine. I even got through to customer services straight away and they were friendly helpful and wished me merry christmas.

I've only ever been with Orange, I did once covert to Vodafone but it was for about a week before I went back! I hated the phone in the end and they didn't do 12 month contracts in store.
Anyway I've been with Orange for about 12 or more years! They were THE best network when I joined them, then they got brought out about 2 years ago and went down the toilet like a sewer rat! BUT, they have realised there mistakes, put a new guy in charge and are now getting back to the top with there CS where they should be.
And as you, everyone I know is on Orange.

Well i was with them on contract back in the good old days when they could do no wrong. They were the best. I have noticed improvements yes. I even get through to customer service quite quick. And on pay as you go i either get 1 pound a days for unlimited use or 5 pounds for one week. No as competitive as O2 or T Mobile but still im happy with reliability and speed. And call quality is the best on Orange by any mile.

I presume so but not sure I have not read up on Orange sim only!!!! But im happy its all good being back with the Fruity network!!!! I wont be buying any future phones direct from orange unless its a Nokia. Reason being is cos of branding & on Noika phones the branding seems minimal. I will go sim free though like O2 you do get your top ups back on upgrades with money off a new mobile.

Orange seem clueless about data charges did like the look of the £14.98 Sim deal but adding data is gunna heap up the charge. Guna chat to Voda nearer the time 'Happy Xmas' bono!
