Is the factory CDA the same as the GENERIC ones? I have a Phone Vodafone UK2 and it's Locked, will it be unlocked if I install the Generic UK2 Firmware?

The short answer is no. To unlock permanently you have to pay an unlocking service, ask ur operator for a unlock key/code or patch it (if its patchable) which is not permanent.
