bought jan 27 at The Hub, globe lock ,
after 2wks noticed that it wont FULLY CHARGE,
brought to semicon marcos highway for upgrade n check up, got the celp after 3days but still DOESNT WANT TO FULLY CHARGE
!!!!!!

what do you mean by not fully charging?
takes more than 4 hours of initial charging??
mine was 4 hours initial charging, an then 2 hours na lang after....
then i reach mga 310h standy time and 11h talktime....

it wont stop charging even after long long hours.... after taking off the plug, u will see the battery lacks 1 bar,(not fully charge)

problem is they dont want to change the unit.... what's the use of buying expensive phone on authorized dealers, when the unit is defective, they will not replace it, they keep on trying to repair it; wasting our manpower and time!!!

SonyEricsson cannot afford to have a bad reputation for just a battery problem. But I think Globe is in this shit as well.

Maybe they don't need to change the unit, but just the battery??? COuldn't you ask them to try that?
