i am having problems with my phone synchronizing to my laptop. it can't find the drivers for my phone but it can recognize the memory card. i did all the troubleshooting and have followed the instructions on Se's website but to no avail. i did a search but i cannot locate the drivers at all. i have installed and re-installed pc suite but it's no use at all.
i just need the actual drivers for the w350a in order for it to work. does anyone here knows where i can find it.

Thank you for showing me where the drivers are tranced. I still have a problem though for the SE pc suite still cannot find my phone and during an update service session it gives me an error message stating that the update failed.
I have tried it several times but the firmware updating always fails. The phone monitor can identify my phone and thats about it.
