i tried adobe website but it only installs a web browser plugin

any kind of help will be appreciated ..

http://download.macromedia.co[....]10/flashplayer_10_sa_debug.exe
somewhere you won't move it or delete it later on.
Then just open a .swf file and associate the executable you'll download from that link as the default program. Simple.
