my handset got a BROD then the applications part of my mobile was simply not downloading anything after i updated the software again. So now its away to S.E. Larry its hard isn't it mate. I am using this C702 and i keep ending up touching the screen when i forgot, no soft touch screen buttons on this phone.

Dont think mine is BROD, the phone boots up but if I touch the buttons the screen goes black and keypad is lit but NOT the camera ring, phone wouldnt do anything until i removed the battery, then same process, could not get past one touch of the D pad before same again.

That happened to me, SEUS fixed it.
I got that glitch after phone went on blink, i couldn't install any app on the phone, gave it a few days and a restarted it each day. And as expected problem solved
People have just lost faith in SE

I love my K850i but even after doing a master reset and also a complete new firmware via SEUS the phone wouldnt work, tried over 50 times.
I could get a new phone or continue with either of my 2 nokias but I WANT my SE phone back.
