If by voice recording you mean call recording then that is not possible at all on any of SE's UIQ phones. Other voice recording (i.e. like a dictaphone or voice memos) is possible but you need third party software for this.

What a bull**t? You cannot record calls, but for other recording there is a Voice Recorder on all UIQ phones!!!
