Well it goes from New Zealand/Pacific Islands around the world to the West, so after NZ its Australia and Asia, etc. Then Europe and Africa, etc. Then the Americas, etc. I think the last countries are places like Hawaii who are almost 24 hours behind us.

Oz and NZ are part of the first lot... (cant remember which little island is actually the first, but there is one!)... then it just moves left as it were, well if you look at a flat map of the world...
we're bang in the middle... hence GMT... so all the + GMT are before us and all the - GMT are behind us... north and south america are last... and the west coast at that... sure there must be a specific place that is the last one, maybe a little island of the coast or summit...

Get yourself a map of the world, and it goes right to left. Right being GMT -12h, going leftwards to +10h, if I'm not mistaken.
We're exactly in the middle.
And happy new year, everyone! Enjoy the night.
