im having problems getting themes onto my sony ericsson w595 after they've been downloaded on to my computer and it says the .THM format is not supported by Windows Media Player

Err.. I think you tried opening them with WMP.
Just send them with bluetooth or cable to your phone and install them from there. The only thing you need to do on the PC is download en send to phone, dont open it.
