> K800i White Screen of Death question

Need some advice please. My friend asked me to ask for advice on his K800i. Its a sim free one from Carphonewarehouse. The problem is whilst he is on a call the screen goes white and can only be rectified by taking out the battery. It also sometimes switches off with white Screen sometimes. Now the CPWH flashed the software for him hoping it will improve things. It has not. Its still happening. Any advice please. Software is latest version. Thanks.

I guess he could take it back and tell them it never worked and ask if they'd reflash. Otherwise not sure what to do.

my k800 also has the wsod. it rarely happens, though, and when it does, i just continuously press the power button for about 5-10 seconds. phone would switch off. after that just switch on the phone again and everything's back to normal. kinda similar to a soft reset, i suppose.
