I have just asked my trusted online shop in Germnay about this model and they say the SE distribuitor has discontinued it.Not available anymoree.
¿¿¿??????? nd that the w980 in brown and red are only available through providers ¿¿¿????
I want to buy eurpoean units not asian 'cause of the guarantee and customs

Really is it cancelled? I don't bealive it, Sony Ericsson gave it into sale and their machines were optimized for producing W705, I think it would be bery pricey to cancel this phone during producing

probably the understood w700 and not w705. this phone isnt even available. this will make its appereance this Q1.

Phones shouldn't be judged by their cameras.
The W705 features Wifi and one of the most advanced audio enhancement technologies for god's sake. And a relatively big screen, in addition to a metallic body.
