I Just got my bill through from orange and have been charged a great deal for multimedia messages i didn't send!
If like me you have groups of people set up to text all at once....make sure that each group is less than 10 people!
I WILL EXPLAIN...
I run a football team and text everyone every week to confirm attendance........i have a group set up with 15 people in and when i compose my message i select send to group and obviously choose that group.
To my HORROR i found out today that all groups of 10 or more automatically go as multimedia message and not standard texts when using the C905!
So be very careful when texting multiple recipients with the same message!

@Thanweb
This is due to a "feature" in the message editor that automatically treats text messages with emoticons in it as picture (multimedia) messages. Don't really know why they chose to do this.

This seems like an absolutely stupid idea by SE. I don't think it will affect me as i have unlimited free texts anyway, however i feel sorry for the people who are doing this and finding out on their next bill. Anyone think there will be a possible firmware change for this useless 'function'?

The feature is also on my unbranded C905. All of you have to call/mail customer support. Same thing happened to me for Christmas/New Year.

interesting .... this "emoticon feature" only applies to c905's ?
I often send emoticon embedded sms's and my w902 doesn't
seem to do anything with them, or I'm not getting charged for
mms's !!!!
