hi everybody.

before anything.. i should thank --Strong-- and --Brazuka-- for their valuable efforts on K850 camdrivers.

this driver is based on original C902 v2.1 camdriver.

the driver is also reported to work well on W902

Changes

increased picture buffer size (from strong).
white balance color correction implementation (from brazuka) to eliminate (red to pink) conversion.
increased overall color saturation.
you can use the document mode as a night mode with focus now (increased exposure, contrast, brightness, sharpness and photoflash pulse-width) -the document mode can still be used for it's original purpose!.
increased photoflash electrical power (now uses max 1400mA instead of 1200).
change in flash White balance to avoid yellow tints.
default iso100.
NOTE: auto white balance is fixed to a predefined value due to some conflicts with the WB_CC.
Longer Exposure time in (night landscape mode) to avoid noise - remember! keep your hands steady!! really steady!
Video frame rate in night mode is now 24-26fps
a new White balance system (( extremely improved color reproduction - still needs some work though!!! ))
some tweaks in the jpeg compression and etc...

Bugs
- changing scene type from something back to auto does not work most of the time (a restart of the camera is needed)
- sometimes the white balance will go on the incandescent instead!!! - then don't worry, it happens once in a hundred and you can fix it by focusing again on the scene.
- flash WB needs some work.

you can change the values in the driver to match your own desired effect.

and a little tip for the WB_CC:

use the color table above to adjust the WB_CC...

for example: you see that your RED's are pink in the photo... then you should point the white balance to yellow so that the pinks go on the red and so on about any other color.

i should say that i no longer have a C902 (my brother has it now!!!)

- Advanced mode (the EV and Zoom buttons take care of everything)! --- FAILED ---

changes in the new 2.5 version:
- a new White balance system (( extremely improved color reproduction - still needs some work though!!! ))
- some tweaks in the jpeg compression and etc...

this new white balance will correct the color just before you auto focus on a scene....
it means that if you want to take a picture, it will correct the colors right before the auto focus starts.
on non auto focus scenes you can use the EV button to correct the scene colors.

bugs:
- sometimes the white balance will go on the incandescent instead!!! - then don't worry, it happens once in a hundred and you can fix it by focusing again on the scene.
- flash WB needs some work.

you should place it in the ifs\settings\camera on your phone's file system.

for further info on the program, download link and etc go to this thread:

no i'm afraid...

but you can copy most of the stuff in your own camdriver.

the incompatibilities are: night portrait - xenon flash settings and 8MP still pictures.

other stuff like sturation - sharpness - color correction and etc...are the same!

BTW.

the current value of color correction is based on my location, weather and temperature....

if you are experiencing too much yellow... then decrease it within the driver.

Nice driver!

Although, as can be expected of a beta driver, the white balance was quite off like you said. My pics were way to yellow, so I had to set the WB_CC_MAGENTA_YELLOW all the way down to 00. I'll shoot some pics in the cloudy weather outside today and see if my white balance needs more tweaking.

Good job!
