Hi. Im new on here so sorry if i posting this in the wrong bit! :/
Well.. i brought a sony ericsson w850i about a year ago, it was on vodaphone network but i had it unlocked onto orange. I brought a new sim where i could have free internet browsing if i topped it up by £20 or more. I then got my text through saying i could browse for free but when i tryed a message appered saying connection failure. contact network provider.
I was wondering if anyone could help me with this before i call orange?!
Thanks for any help!!

you need the gprs settings from orange. visit their website and they have something like sms settings. they send it to you via sms.

@Jem-Jem: I'm a bit confused with your post. Are you pertaining to a picture message that you are trying to send? If yes, you have to set the MMS settings on your phone. If you don't have the MMS settings yet, download it or contact your network provider so that they can send you the settings. By the way, to set the MMS settings on your phone, go to Messaging>Settings>Picture Message>MMS Profile.

Two things: 1- You either contact your operator to send or configure the setting for internet on your phone or.... 2- You could configure it yourself if you know the settings. mostly you need to know their proxy and port including the APN.
