You need to get a returns job number before you send your phone to them! Call

on 08705 237 237 and they'll sort it out for you.

Good new everyone!
Phone SE today after a month of no phone and they said that there are about 30 C905s at Appletree road. The guy said that they will be receiving an order of earpieces by the end of this week, they should have all the C905 back to everyone by the middle of next week, phew!

So have people been waiting a while because of a shortage? I hope they just give me a new one dunno why though mine was in perfect condition.
If you say they're getting all phones back next week it should only take around 7 days

My C905 went in for repair and they said they were waiting for parts. They returned it this week (the same day I'd given up hope and got an X1) having said they replaced the main 'board, but it seems to be a completely new handset.
My X1 one is now in the drawer with a few other hones I feel I didn't use enough..
