Hi! I can't acces any of my games or applications on my z710i. I think it has something to do with the Java in it. Everytime I try to come in in the folder it says: "Operation Failed". I would be really, really happy for some support!

Sometimes the problem gets solved by restarting, master reset(full) and formatting memory stick. But otherwise, if it stays same, flashing is the only solution.

Ok, thanks. I tried full restore but itdidn't work, but how do you flash?
