> walkman on w890i not working?

Hi all, I am new to this forum and have found it very helpful in all my sony ericsson needs. But I do have one problem. I recently purchased a w890i, and for some reason, when I click or select the walkman feature under the main menu, nothing happens! nothing at all, so I also tried pressing the walkman button on the left side of the phone and still nothing happens. Although I did hold that button down and it went to voice dialing. I just want to know if this is a common problem, a software issue, or my phone is just broken ? =( i hope it is something i can resolve w/out sending it back. If anyone has any knowledge of this happening or have any solutions I would greatly appreciate it because I really love this phone, it is just that the main feature is not working. Thank you in advance for any suggestions. =)

probably this is a bug. you can try performing a master reset. or go to menu, settings. in the general tab you will find the play/pause option. set it to walkman player. the master reset option is in the general tab as well.
