... from a Nokia 5140i to a k810i.
How is it done?
One by one or is there a quicker way?

I'm not sure but If ur phone 5140i has the option
"Sending All Contacts" via BT or IR, under phone book menu, then sure you can do sending all the contacts at once to ur K810i.

ok the best way to do it is:
contacts menu, find copy, select from phone to sim card and move original.
Once thats done transfer the sim to the K810 and it should transfer the new contacts to the phone memory.
Then put the sim back into the Nokia and find delete contacts in the contacts menu but only delete from sim and not from phone
Repeat the moving process until all contacts are moved...
DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOURE DOING IT RIGHT BECAUSE IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE YOU COULD LOOSE LOTS OF INFO....
But it is fairly straightforward... Good Luck

Synchronize your contacts to MS Outlook (if you have one installed in your desktop computer). Then using the PC Suites for both phones, you can seamlessly transfer contacts from one phone to another by simply synchronizing the phones.
I am currently using both Nokia and SE phones and the two phones' contacts are synchronized
