Hello guys, this is the first time i visit the forums here and im looking for help. My K800i SW keeps restarting itself when i sometimes browse my phonebook and or play games on it --> the screen goes blank and then black and restarts for 20-30seconds

I have tried running the SEUS SW from my PC but it tells me that there is no update available for my phone! However, ive read everywhere that version R1KG001 has been out longtime ago, how come the updater doesnt find it?

My current SW version is: CXC1250210 R1JC002 070122

Is there a post that i missed in the forum which can show me how to manually update my K800i OS/SW ? thanks

K800_R8BF003_FS_MEDITERR_RED53.fbn ---> (Does it matter if im in Canada?)
