Planning to buy my friend's p990,but it's touch screen didn't work anymore.when i touch the screen nothing happen,can it's fixing by flasing?i really want that phone.thanks

Not really the screen it can be just the screen cable that can't reach the motherboard or at least in some point since it display something but don't react.
