> P1 3g reception problem?

I just recently got a used p1i, and for some reason it is getting almost no 3g internet connection whatsoever. I can connect to wifi no problem in hotspots, but I can't get any 3g. Help please?

Have you activate your 3G?
Control Panel-Connection-Mobile Networks-More-GPRS and 3G is the manual setting to activate it.
If you do so,and there's no 3G icon at P1 upper bar,maybe your local GSM operator not provide 3G.

thanks amanhotep - that was exactly the problem. For some reason the phone was set to manual instead of automatic search
