K850i - when powered up only the keypad lights and blue ring light up. It no longer charges and the battery is getting flat. The computer won't recognise the phone when connected (usb drivers are installed) Tried Davinci but it won't find the phone either.

What options from here?

If I need to get it sorted where's the best place to send it or to buy parts (motherboard?)

I had the same problem.
Try to connect your phone holding 2 + 5.
It's work for me!

first of all, charge you battery in other phone. nothing will work with an empty battery.
