i went to the company but they said that dont have the configurations for that phone, they have to put it manually but they dont know how

If u have setting of netwrk in ur mobile ,full them .u need proxy id likethis proxy in moroco,i dnt knw it in usa.and port 8080 or 9201.apn of ur company.all that setting about GPRS.and u need the setting of MMS [proxy id,port,apn] ,then call ur operator for activate mms in ur sim card

ok, and dont know why they dont bring me the settings, but ill try again in anothers store, and i have been looking for google without success,
edit: ok they said that my phone isnt on the list that they have so cannot give me the settings, any help please!!!!!
