Sometimes w890i wont let me answer a call?
Phone is ringing - none of the buttons will answer it - only thing on display is "speak on" - occasionally i have to unlock it and then answer - other times nothing i press will answer
I think it's software issue (it's obviously keyboard is locked) and i have it on auto lock (to avoid spending a million pounds on the internet)
I do use the alarm/snooze everyday and sometimes same happen - you cant cancel the alarm until you unlock it

Before u do anything, try a master reset. You'll be suprised how many problems it solves.
