ok guys...i'm in a really big dilemma.
i'm kinda bored with my C702 and the Motorola Motozine ZN5, SE C902 and K850i seem like the options to follow.
I really like the ZN5' photo quality and as much as this i dislike it's video recording (k800 like QCIF), it's Wi-Fi connectivity, the screen and the audio quality.
So other than the video recording its a pretty okay device.
Plus afaik its Linux based and pretty "moddable"
C902, well i like its build (metal) the camera sliding thingy, the touch keys around the display in camera mode and the video is superior to the ZN5's capabilities.
Let's not forget the accelerometer and it's quite a modding lover's device too.
K850i has a bigger screen that the C902's, it takes 2 memory card types and thats about it with the K850i.

For the record i come from a pretty long and pleasant device history with Sony Ericsson and NEVER experienced any problems with them.
I will like a change of "scenery" but in the end having an SE will make me feel safe and confident about the device's reliability and performance.

So given the above mile long (nope not) post please give me your opinions and experiences with the mentioned devices would come in handy

thanks

well mate let me give you a hint.....K850 is already an old phone with a lot of bugs and the cmaera is not that good in auto mode+ MAJOR FINGERPRINTS and dust behind the glass in front of the camera wich is a BIG NO NO.....
C902 is a really nice overall device but if you already own a C702 you already have 90% of the C902 the only major thing of the c902 against the c702 is the 5MP sensor +C702 haves a bigger screen.....And the Photo flash of the C902 is equal with C702 dual led(in strength category)
So the real improvement will be the ZN5 and yes his only downside is the video recording and the fact that this is a Motorola phone ,if you can live with that he will be your best choice

the ZN5 also has 3.5 mm jack also.
it is a motorola phone i'm aware of that, that's why i said that owning an SE will be fine by me as far as the reliability counts.
maybe a ZN5 owner can enlighten me about it's build quality in time and how much i can mod the UI.
that linux UI isn't very user friendly (SE is unbeatable on this imo)
thanks for your opinion luci's

I agree with Luci, however, personally, I would never buy a moto after my experience.
I would honestly recommend buying a slightly more expensive phone, like the C905.
Or wait until Feb 15th for the SE press conference, where they should be releasing a 12MP monster, and the C903, a smaller 5MP version of the C905, and the C901, i think the cheaper version of the C902

i'm not to keen on waiting tough, and megapixel count isn't everything you know
C905 is a big fat mutha fu%^%a plus the build quality issues that seem to arise to most users don't really convince me on this one.
can you please explain your previous motorola experience?
is it with an ZN5?

We have had several Motorola phones and our experience with them is good, very good build quality and their UI.... well you can get used to it, it's not SE, but SE's UI is the most userfriendly of all, anyways.

Here's a review of the Moto ZN5 from a dutch site :

I would totaly take the ZN5. Linux, 500mhz CPU, great image quality by its Camera, 3.5mm jack, probably great sound quality due to the built in DSP in the chipset etc. . .only downside is lack of 3G/HSDPA in my opinion. Would love to use one.

Can't give you a link because my connection sucks tonight, but there's an ZN5 crash test on SM@PE (although that site seems to have been left behind by its personnel).
