my girlfriend got a new t68i on vodafone at the weekend and it has R4A hardwear and R2F004 sortwear ,i have a t68i on orange with R2A hardwear and R2F004 sortwear, anyway the problem of the phone turning off when keylock is on and you press the NO button dosen't happen on the phone with R4A hardwear... by the way carphone wearhouse in leicester tell me that R2F004 is the latest softwear but i know it isn't .

but how do i get the latest hardwear i would have to change my phone wouldn't i, i was argueing with the prick at carphone wearhouse but what can you do when he knows it all

no use of trying to arguing to get the latest hardware... the only way is to replace the phone, and no shop/service point replace it just because you want to have the latest hardware....

how do we check the hardware version??? i know how to check for the software but hardware.........

on the label underneath the battery you'll find the version number (sometimes you find two versions number, the highest number is the version number)
