AccuWeather application is simply the best. I'm using it in my K850i.
Also you can check weather updates on YahooGo!.... it is also a very useful application.

This one is the best and most Beautiful weather application ever. I use it regularly. It fetches weather data from accuweather.

Very nice app.
Pity that you cant use as background in standby screen, but I played around a bit and with some help from google and esato its doable.
Download the jar file to your pc (http://weather.midlets.eu) then use this small program to create a jad file from jar file:
http://download.softpedia.com/dl/9d9d934a17b85ede79d60751dec54423/498b4e43/100008344/software/programming/JADMaker.zip
Open the jad file with notepad and copy/paste this line in to it:
SEMC-StandbyApplication: Y
Put the jar and the (new) jad file in the same folder, transfer it to the others folder on the phone, install the app from the jad file, now (hopefully) the option to set the app as background is enabled (did work on C702).

Sorry, Esato doesnt support uploading of files, only pictures (Hey Admin. would be great if you add support of uploading files

),
and I dont have any file sharing account where I can upload it to.
But its very easy to create and edit the jad file, maximun 10 min (the new jad file appear in the same folder where you have the jar file).
