For some reason i can't back up my files i've tried using XS++ but it doesn't work and i also used SE tools and it won't back up as well
Can someone give me a software? to help back me up

2nd Question
i just flased my w880i which has a CID 53 i flashed it with W880_R8BA024_MAIN_HONG_KONG_AI_RED53.mbn and W880_R8BA024_FS_HONG_KONG_RED53.fbn then i'm stuck at the part where i need the customize.xml and a preloaded_config.xml(CDA)

the question i'm asking is can i use another region CDA eg europe onto my firmware which is w880 R8BA0224 MAIN HONG KONG AI RED 53 ??

PLease help me out coz i was in the middle of flashing my phone and i forgot about my CDA which i'm not sure about and my phone won't open because i need the CDA's preloaded_config.xml and customize.xml
