guys can somebody help me?...
i tried to update my c902 phone using the SE's official update software..
when i finished updating my phone and i checked all the features if they still work like they were before...
i did some messaging, calling, took some pictures and changing themes...
all seems to work perfectly...
except for 1 thing,....the Video cam.... i recorded a video and when i tried to play it, it just wont play... "playback failed" the video cam feature failed..
i even tried to reinstall the update but still didn't work/
im checking for the current version that i have it shows..R3DA028..
can someone help me about this problem? what do i have to do?

just a follow up....
i tried to used the "save to phone" option and it works! the video can be played with no problems....
but whenever it's the save to memory card yeah it's the same it's always failing..
so what could've happened on my phone?...
i can't assume that the Card is bad coz if it is..i will not be able to save files and play it on my phone anymore...
hmmm could it be that something went wrong during the updates?
or should i wait for the next updates?

backup your card content - reformat it (use the phone to format) - restore
the content.
This worked when my w902 did the same thing.

I also have the same problem.. I tried different kinds of reformatting.
. Through PC, quick format, FS: FAT32 - failed
. Through PC, full format, FS: FAT32 - failed
. Through PC, quick format, FS: FAT - failed
. Through PC, full format, FS: FAT - solved but later failed
. Through phone - failed
There was also one instance where the reformatting solved the problem, but as I was frequently testing the video problem, it later failed playing back the recorded video.
Other actions that I did were:
. Updated software by myself - failed
. Updated software by SE service center - failed
. Use my M2 to other C902 - succeeded
. Use someone else's M2 to my C902 - succeeded
SE Service center adviced that it was in the memory card that was causing the problem. However, video recording worked on my memory card on somebody else's phone.
Right now, I am really troubled of these inconsistent troubleshooting actions.
Is there anybody else that could help us with this problem?
