> Activesync unreliable connection?

I am using Activesync V4.5.0. When I connect my X1 to the PC, Activesync normally pops up an error saying there was a connection error and asking if I want to start a troubleshooter. If I then click cancel and disconnect/reconnect the phone, it usually works correctly. This happens every time I connect my phone. Do others get this? Does anyone know the solution?
