I've to place a lcd display of a k510 on a w200, so I've to upload the dispdriver0.dat of a k510 (any fs version?) onto the IFS\SETTINGS\DISPLAY of the w200, right?
But, if I'd need to place again original w200 drivers I've to download the ones from my phone or is enough that I take them from a dowloaded fs (same version, eg. R4GB001_FS_APAC_RED50)?

I guess you better get the extracted dispdriver for the W200i lcd...
Tell us the result, does it have any downside using K510i screen such ar battery drain or something like that...

result is a better display quality, cause k510 has a lcd one. It works fine.

Well don't know if it is going to work changing the screen between W200 and K510, but you can try. So, IF the connector of the screen on K510 is the same as the one of W200, it will work, but you will probably have to replace the display driver...
Display driver is placed in ifs/settings/display... You just delete the old displaydrv0.dat file and put the desired one on it's place.
And you can search for Disassembly tutorial on google.com.. There should be something to show you how to take your phone apart. It's not hard though, I have done it..
You need to remove the upper part of the housing by pulling it up from the down site of the phone (under the keys *, 0 and #). Then remove the battery cover, the battery (you can do it first if you like to... ) The you will see your phone's metal body and the 4 screws on it. Remove the screws. The keyboard is easy to remove then with the joystick cap so you will be able to replace the screen. But be careful when taking the screen out. The screen conector has a clip that holds the screen pretty good attached to the phone. BE SURE to open up that. The you are free to do whatever you want.
Otherwise, if this was not helpful, any other tutorial for W200, K310 or K510 will work for you.
