> not getting 3g settings(smart phils)

i'm not getting 3g settings,
normally when i request for wap settings fr. sonyericsson site, i will receive both gprs and 3g settings(like smart_gprs and smart_internet)
-but now m only getting gprs
also tried requesting for wap settings through sms but still no luck
smart won't even reply
so i need your help guys....
