Recently I got my phone back from repair to find Virgin Mobile's generic branding all over my phone. Upon request to have it removed, as it was when I bought my phone I was told to sod off and was treated quite rudely.
I would like to remove the virgin branding and return it to its default Sony setup.
Can anyone help me with this, or show me to a guide. I'm only new to this and would appreciate some help.
