hi, am a newbee, just fell into dis site. i own c702 and k550 but cant connect to my windows vista laptop cos it works only with windows XP. pls help as i have pictures i want in my laptop.

How are you connecting ??

In mass storage mode vista should just see the phone as drives.
pc suite for the c702 supports all versions of vista.

what error messages do you get ?
