> W980 Sound Problem

Hi all, I've recently upgraded to an SE W980. Trouble is every once in a while the Sound completely fails on the handset, I cant hear ringtones/walkman and when I try to make a call I cant hear the person at the other end. This happens in Normal Profile so its nothing to do with the phone being on Silent.
I have the latest Firmware so am at a loss as to why its doing it, anyone else found this with a W980 or similar SE phone?
